Ivy, my golden retriever, is very much part of the business
She’s the namesake, my constant companion, and fully believes she’s on payroll.

You'll definitely find me with an iced matcha over coffee any day. A good classic or  strawberry matcha are my go-to's.

Outside of client work, I’m usually creating something. I love reading, baking, and leaning into my “grandma hobbies,” especially knitting. There’s almost always a personal project in progress.

I’m based in Rochester, NY. Most days are spent working from home, bouncing between client projects, mini reading breaks,  and walks around the neighborhood.

I didn’t start Ivy Vine Social Co. because I wanted to design pretty things.

I started it because I kept seeing good businesses held back by brands that didn’t reflect the quality of their work. Websites that felt outdated. Messaging that felt harder to explain than it should. A lot of guessing and piecing things together along the way.

My background is in brand strategy, and that lens shapes everything I do. I care about how your brand functions, how it communicates, and how it supports your business as it grows. The goal is always the same: make things feel more put-together and easier to stand behind.

so what's the approach?

Most of the people who find me are doing good work.
Their business is growing. Things are moving.

But their brand or website hasn’t quite caught up yet. What used to feel “fine” now feels harder to explain, harder to stand behind, or harder to maintain as things evolve.

I don’t believe the answer is rushing into a full overhaul or adding more noise. The work starts by slowing down, looking at what’s already there, and figuring out what actually needs support right now.
From there, I focus on building things that make sense to use and easier to live with long-term. Messaging that sounds like you. A website that guides people instead of overwhelming them. A visual direction that feels like a natural extension of the business you’re running.

The goal isn’t perfection or reinvention. It’s creating something that feels more put-together, more usable, and more reflective of where you are now, with room to grow from there.

“Working with Jill made everything feel more put together. My brand finally reflects the quality of my work, and I feel much more confident sending people to my website.”

Lauren B.

“I didn't realize how much impact branding has on how your business is seen. Once I invested in my branding everything became easier, creating content, speaking to customers and more. It was the best investment I've made for my business."
